At Carisma Collections, we want you to be completely enamored with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
